In the late eighties and early 90's, not a lot was going on in OKC.  It was pretty bland.  The Oklahoma City Festival of the Arts was always a bright spot in April, but now we've got things like the Red Bud Classic, the Memorial Marathon, other arts festivals and something about every other weekend for families to attend.

Real estate prices are going back up.  Of course, older homes in Oklahoma City are kind of scarcse, so their prices survived the downturn.  The main effect was a little extra time on the market.
